Stephanie Shafer has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving community banks, credit unions, and many of the nation’s top banks. She began her career as VP of Operations at a state community bank association, then transitioned to Vice President, National Accounts at a national appraisal and title company. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President, National Account Executive at NPAS. Stephanie specializes in traditional appraisals and alternative valuation solutions, providing lenders with comprehensive programs focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and expedited product delivery. Stephanie has a passion for Pickleball, loves the beach, working out and spending quality time with friends and family.
