“Rockie is awesome! There are many appraisal companies out there, so why use this one? COMMUNICATION. I am a private lender and time is the biggest killer of deals. Rockie doesn't miss a beat and keeps things moving along the entire time. I really enjoy working with her and if communication and timeliness is important, you are in the right place.”

"What I admire the most about Guilliaume is not his knowledge or strong competency as an appraiser, but his desire to serve our country and local communities. Guilliaume's dedication and success as a Reservist in the Army National Guard speaks to his ability to simultaneously learn, grow, teach, and lead. His passion, however, seems to be rooted (pun intended) in agricultural practices, especially in underserved communities. Guilliaume's commitment to teach sustainable farming in these areas, changes countless lives in impactful ways."

Chief Valuations Officer
Since joining Nationwide in March 2023, Guilliaume Kellogg has brought an impressive blend of experience and dedication to his role as a Staff Appraiser. A Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2019, Guilliaume began his appraisal journey as a Trainee in 2016 and earned his license in 2017. He has developed expertise across various markets, including Northwest Georgia, Arizona (Pima, Pinal, and Maricopa Counties), and Hidalgo County, Texas.
In addition to his appraisal work, Guilliaume has demonstrated a deep commitment to public service through his ongoing military career. He joined the Georgia Army National Guard in 2013 as a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist, was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 2022, and is currently a First Lieutenant and Finance Officer. He is preparing to take command of a Detachment within the Finance Battalion. His military service includes leading weapons qualification operations, participating in border missions, and coordinating hurricane response efforts. Most notably, during Hurricane Helene, he served as a Liaison Officer, overseeing the manning of sites and facilitating communication with senior personnel across operations, supply, and personnel teams. His leadership impacted a region from Valdosta to Augusta, supporting over 850 soldiers on the ground for approximately ten days. During this mission, the team distributed more than 170,000 cases of water, over 115,000 cases of MREs, approximately 210,000 bags of ice, more than 95,000 tarps, and over 8,000 hygiene kits, ultimately serving more than 51,000 vehicles with essential supplies.
Guilliaume is also deeply passionate about agriculture and community involvement. In 2024, he and his wife officially founded Cultured AG, Inc., a nonprofit organization that supports new farmers, small farmers with fewer than ten acres, and urban farmers. The organization conducts agricultural education in schools throughout the metropolitan area and helps implement curriculum aligned with Georgia Education Standards. Guilliaume and his wife also advocate for farmers by meeting with state representatives. Their nonprofit also charters the Cobb County, University of Georgia Extension Services 4-H Agriculture Club, where they host monthly meetings teaching students about the importance of agriculture.
His leadership within the Georgia Farm Bureau is equally impressive. Guilliaume served as the Third District Young Farmer Committee Chair (2017–2018), representing multiple counties, including Carroll, Clayton, Cobb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, and Gwinnett. He has been a farmer member of the Cobb County Farm Bureau since 2016 and served as a Legislative Committee Member and Voting Delegate (2016–2023). From 2021 to 2023, he was a Board Member and Promotions and Education Committee Chair, leading educational programs and outreach initiatives supporting local food systems.
Guilliaume is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia (Class of 2022) and remains passionate about sustainability, local farms, and educational programming. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech from Chicago State University, concentrating on Communications, Media Arts, and Theater. His diverse career background includes roles at Comcast and US Cellular and serving as a Media Technician for Valley Kingdom Ministries International from 1995 to 2008.
Outside of work, Guilliaume enjoys running, reading, writing, and riding his Hyosung cruiser motorcycle. He is a hobby bartender and a cigar aficionado in training. He lives with two Corgis, Leonardo and Michaelangelo—named after the artists. Since the dogs don’t have livestock, they often try to herd he and his wife instead. Guilliaume ran track in college and raced against a three-time Olympian. He has grown multiple watermelons over 40 pounds (Charleston Gray variety). His most memorable appraisal? A vacant property with a tree growing into the side of the house, which had become a cozy bird sanctuary.
Guilliaume’s diverse background, dedication to service, and passion for empowering others make him a valued member of the Nationwide team. Whether he is in the field, in uniform, or in the classroom, he brings purpose, integrity, and heart to everything he does. We are proud to spotlight his incredible journey and the difference he continues to make across our organization and beyond.
