With over 25 years in the appraisal industry, Dean has honed his skills as both a certified appraiser and a Quality Control Analyst, ensuring every valuation meets the highest standards. A Pennsylvania native and Penn State alum, he thrives on the problem-solving and research-driven nature of his work, recalling advice from early in his career: "This is basically a research job."
