Her extensive career has equipped her with the skills to understand her clients’ needs, providing support through the appraisal process and delivering efficient communication to help them offer best-in-class service. As part of her role, Rockie goes beyond daily transactions by traveling to meet with clients, hosting training sessions, and offering classes to help her partners grow in their communities. What she loves most about her work is the opportunity to play a small yet meaningful role in the joy families and individuals feel when they unlock the door to their new home for the first time. Rockie is driven by the belief that her work is about helping others, with the mortgage industry serving as a vehicle for making a positive impact. Outside of work, Rockie enjoys traveling the country in her campervan alongside her trusty companion, Clover. Her adventures often include visits with her seven grandchildren, making family a central part of her life.
