Michael Schwartz is the VP and Senior Account Executive at Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services. He began his career in the appraisal management industry in 2011, working with a small AMC that grew from six employees to over 40 before merging with Nationwide. With a hands-on understanding of all aspects of the business, Michael transitioned into a sales role, leveraging his expertise to support existing lender partners and develop new client relationships. In his role, Michael ensures lender partners receive exceptional service while fostering relationships to drive future growth. A proud member of the Fainatics sales team, he works alongside a talented group of professionals who are committed to the success of the company and their clients. Guided by his philosophy of always being available to help, Michael prides himself on being ready to support clients, even when transactions go off script. Outside of work, Michael enjoys cheering on his daughter at volleyball tournaments, sharing a passion for a sport he played for years. When not courtside or working, he can often be found on the golf course, always striving to improve his game.
