Joseph J. Cudwadie joined Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services in 2020, bringing with him extensive experience as the founder of Olde City Lending Solutions, a regional appraisal management company based in the Philadelphia area. Over a decade, Joseph developed a strong network of banks, mortgage bankers, and appraisers, which now supports his role in enhancing Nationwide’s resources and expanding its national reach. In his current position, Joseph focuses on nurturing relationships with long-standing customers and driving market growth through new client acquisitions. After years of managing every aspect of his own business, he appreciates having the support of Nationwide’s team to concentrate solely on serving his clients. Joseph lives by the principle, “Success with honor,” and his career is marked by notable leadership roles, including past President of the Philadelphia Mortgage Bankers Association, past Chairman of the Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association, and board membership on both state and local boards of the National MBA. He is also a recipient of "The Mortgage Banker of the Year Award." Outside of work, Joseph enjoys attending Penn State home games, golfing, and spending time with his family and his dogs, Blue and Franco.
