We are delighted to spotlight David Kramer, VP, Senior Account Executive here at Nationwide Property & Appraisal Services.  After spending over 20 years in the travel industry, David decided to change things up and take a stab at the appraisal business back in 2015. David just celebrated nine years with Nationwide Property and Appraisal Services and is looking forward to seeing what year 10 has to offer. With over 30 years of experience in sales, David transitioned to the appraisal business, looking for a new challenge. At Nationwide, his main responsibilities are bringing on new business, educating current clients on our latest products, and ensuring he's always there for his clients. While always professional, would not be out of the ordinary for him to keep things light with his clients, have some laughs with them, and try to get to know them on a personal level. One of his biggest assets is always being available whenever one of his clients is in need. David knows all loans have deadlines, so even if a client needs him on at night or on the weekend, he's always there for them. He knows how important it is for a loan to close for his lender clients, and he wants to ensure the appraisal will never delay the loan's closing. David looks forward to continuing to build the relationships he has made over the years with not only his clients but his fellow colleagues at Nationwide as well.     

David currently lives in South Florida but is originally from Philadelphia and is an avid fan of all Phila sports teams. Most nights, you can find him watching either the Phillies, Sixers, or Flyers. Sundays during football season are reserved for the E-A-G-L-E-S (Eagles). In addition to being a Phila diehard, David is also a big WVU fan, as he is a graduate of West Virginia University. 
If David is not working or watching his beloved teams, one of his favorite things to do is travel with his family. One of his most memorable trips was this past December to Leavenworth, WA, which is known as the number one Christmas town in the United States. Since you don't get the feel of the holidays in 80-degree weather in South Florida, visiting Leavenworth had his family in the true Christmas spirit and is a trip they won't forget. Travel has always been a passion of his and seeing the world with his family is one of his greatest thrills.  David is also a huge dog lover, and almost four years ago, he rescued a Pit Bull mix that was found wandering the streets of Corpus Christi, TX, with her brothers. His dog Riley has been the perfect addition to his family, and he's so grateful that he found her. 

As David embarks on his tenth year with Nationwide, he is filled with excitement and optimism. He looks forward to furthering his role as a VP, Senior Account Executive, building new relationships with clients, and nurturing the existing ones. His dedication and passion for his work are unwavering, and he is eager to see what the future holds for him and his clients at Nationwide. We are proud to have David on our team!
